The RMWTCI Endowment Fund is a principal-protected investment fund established to provide financial sustainability for the organization and its mission.

Contributions to the endowment become part of an investment whose principal is held in perpetuity. Rather than spending these gifts on annual operating expenses, the principal remains invested and continues to grow over time. Each year, only a prudent, Board-approved percentage of the investment earnings is distributed to support the work of World Trade Center Denver, ensuring that every gift continues to make an impact year after year.

This disciplined approach creates a lasting source of funding that strengthens the organization's long-term financial health while preserving the endowment for future generations.
