The right contract is the best way to protect yourself when your business crosses borders. Learn how to use this important tool with local attorney, Tyler Rauert as he explains the types of contracts in international business, common clauses and the law that controls them.

Instructor:
Tyler Rauert, Vice President of Legal at Pax8  
Tyler is the principal legal officer at Pax8 where he has become a predominant international business attorney in the Front Rage.  Before Pax8, Tyler was a Corporate and Transactional Partner at Messner Reeves, LLP and then division counsel for a global division at Johns Manville in Denver. Prior to relocating to Denver, Tyler spent many years teaching at the National Defense University and working in the US Senate in Washington, DC.

Training Hours:
This training counts for 4 hours towards the Certificate in International Trade. 

CE Credits:
This training is worth 4 CE credits through the NFBAA for Certified Customs Specialists and Certified Export Specialists.
